i just heard the aphghanistan government is threatening any country who side with the US(in particular pakistan). sounds like clear proof to me that they support bin laden and terrorism in general.

Well , they only said that they will attack any neighbouring country which helps US without giving proof.I`m not sure but has the US given any proof at all regarding any involvment of Osama Bin Laden. From the very first day they have been shouting of Bin Laden`s involvment. Why are they not giving any proof to the world.

How do you know thay haven't shown other countries leaders proof? Do you think they would show information in an ongoing investigation to you or I. Not likely.

The public only knows what we are allowed to know by the govt. They know way more than us. And for good reason. So if the little bits that we are getting points to bin laden then thats good enough for me.

Unfortunatly most people accepted the US governments "evidence" that led to the Gulf of Tonkin resolution which lead down a very dubiuous path. It is now widely believed that this was based on very flawed evidence (which may have been sincerly held to be true at the time).
I'm not drawing conclusions either way on the current issue, just cautioning not to accept something as true just because "everyone knows it", especially if it may lead to significant loss of life.
