is racing towards the bottom. They are down around 6% now and I think at the end of the day both of them will be down around 10%. Knowing that US has been in standstill for almost a week, and on the opposite side, that the fed has just had another rate cut, I don't think it should be down more than 3%. Obviously this is people's reaction and quite understandable. Anyone has an opinion on this one?
The markets are doing better than estimates. At the open they were inline with global estimates. No way we will see a 10% drop. There is no reason or possible cause for it at all. The market will rebound somewhat as people relax. Its to be expected that there would be a sharp drop at the opening.
Nokia is up 14%, wow! Mostly ever other tech stock is down somewhat. 60% in one day, wow! I know the airlines' stock values are plummeting but thats expected. As long as you are in it for the long run, I think you will be ok. [This message has been edited by Thomas Mcfarrow (edited September 17, 2001).]
