Servlet invoker is currently unavailable

hi!
i am getting this error when i request a particular servlet ,all other servlets at same location are runing properly.

error is:

HTTP Status 503 - Servlet invoker is currently unavailable

type: Status report

message: Servlet invoker is currently unavailable

description: The requested service (Servlet invoker is currently unavailable) is not currently available.

plz help me solve this problem.
