What's the exact difference between forward and SendRedirect...I have one doubt is that can we use SendRedirect for other context in other web server.pls clear my doubt?

forward and send redirect both does the same thing, the only difference is forward happens on server (client doesn't know, does something special happen) and in case of send redirect client can see different URL on browser.

Am I right?

The behaviour is similar the intent and the outcomes are different. you should look at the links provided and see when to use each type.
