As someone who's job is under severe threat due to the effect internationally on the commercial aviation industry I should find this is poor taste .... couldn't help smiling though

I am sorry about your job situation Angela, but I really laughed when I saw this. I guess that I am just warped.
It was that "non-stop service to Afghanistan" part.

sorry, Angela! if you want me to take it down, i will.
i just heard an American Airline pilot on a talk radio saying that he would love to go back into the military and fly missions... he even said, "I might be looking for a job pretty soon..."
i am sure a lot of pilots are former military, and they would actually find this picture rather inspiring.

Nah leave it! Like I said I couldn't help smiling, even though I really would rather not see a mass bombing of Afganistan .... arghh confussed!
It's amazing the effect this attack had on all kinds of people / businesses all over the world. If I hadn't been working in the industry I would never have guessed just how much of an impact this would have on this industry, I'm losing friends and valued collegues (all contractors and staff from external companies), this bothers me more somehow than the fact that soon it could be me!
