Seeing the events of the past week wanted to know 1)if people have developed a fear psychosis against flying 2)Developed a sense of hatred against all brown colored people and view them with a greater sense of suspician 3)Think that Osama bin laden will be found and his network destroyed
I have absolutly NO fear of flying, in fact I think now is the safest time ever to fly. (just wish other people thought the same so my job wasn't in jeopardy) I have no fear of any person whatever the colour of their skin. I do think Osama Bin Ladin will be found.
Pounding at a thick stone wall won't move it, sometimes, you need to step back to see the way around.

I heard this morning on the radio that a man got on a plane with a box cutter to show his wife it could still be done and that is still wasn't safe to fly. He did succeed. He did tell authorities and got arrested for concealment on an airline, or something like that. http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,35048,00.html Then last weekend my husband flew into Atlanta. After checking in and getting his boarding pass, he went outside to smoke. When he came back in, he was not asked for his ID to ensure it was still him. He said someone else could have gotten his boarding pass and went right onto the plane. Does this sound safe??

I flew to Boston; and got back safely yesterday. I wasn't afraid of flying. But I did experience a strange sensation in my stomach, an uneasy feeling, as I sat at a cafe in the Boston airport, waiting for the boarding call for my Northwest flight... I felt, gosh, some passenger in one of those flights could have been sitting in the same seat as I am today... totally unaware of what was going to happen. And as I saw the smiling faces of the flight crew, chatting with the security personnel; I realized, these security people would have known the crew of those ill-fated planes... what a jolt it would have been for them to hear the news. The atmosphere seemed really muted - or was it just me?
