Note: If you're only using Tomcat to create an inexpensive development environment on your desktop and your production server supports this 'invoker like' behavior (and your not in a position to change how things get deployed on the production server), it may actually make sense for you to uncomment the invoker in Tomcat. You'll find the entry in tomcat/conf/web.xml.
