Hi,

I am trying to upload a file by using MultipartRequest. For that i included the corresponding jar file (cos.jar) in the classpath. But it is giving the
exceptions as:

at com.oreilly.servlet.MultipartRequest.<init>(MultipartRequest.java:109)

But in the same application remaining servlets are working (Which are not using MultipartRequest).
My ApplicationServer is JBoss 4.0.2.

Plz help me in solving this problem.

thanks in advance

Did you set all the necessary lib (servlet-api.jar) into your lib directory ?

The problem is coming when i added the jar file by using the myeclipse addexternal jars option.Later I removed it there and put the jar file in the WEB-INF/lib folder. Then the problem solved. It is working fine.
Any how Thank you Satou for ur reply.
