Hi,
I am using Struts frame work using Jsp and Servlets.
Whenever we will forward a request from one jsp to the controller in the
browser we will see ".do" as an extension for action class, but my client requires that it should display the ".jsp" and the current jsp.
Which is very urgent....

Thanks a lot

Are you talking about including more than one jsp during dispatch.(Sorry that I did not understand
that it should display the ".jsp" and the current jsp.

Struts is an implementation of the MVC pattern.
In MVC, the JSP page is only one portion of the component you're hitting and, when done right, a very small portion. A given servlet could forward to several views (JSPs) depending on the logic of your code.

Why does your client require a particular file extension in the browser's address window? Is it just so they can find the page being viewed in the browser?

Also, you might want to read this to see how putting "urgent" in your post can actually slow down responses to it.
