Hi,
Are you looking for online stuff? Check the online version of 'Core Servlets and JSP' on http://coreservlets.com.
If you want to buy any books, I suggest 'Core Servlets and JSP' and My personal favorite 'J2EE Design and Development' (Expert One-to-One series) by Rod Jhonson.

Apart from that you can get lots of tutorials on net. If you are using Tomcat for development you can also check out my tutorials.
Hope this helps.
Abhishek

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
