on-the-fly pdf convertion

Hi all, we have used linux ES4 server.we need to convert any files to pdf.
we are able to do it only txt to pdf using iText.jar API. but our requirement is convert any files(.doc,xsl,txt,gif etc) to pdf on-the pdf file. please help me how to do it JSP Project.
