how may request a instance of servlet can handle

please tell me
in a normal web application , container create single instance of servlet
. so tell me how may clients request it handle at a time when
thousands of request attack on the single instance for a single
resource

I know that Tomcat has a configurable number of concurrent threads that can be handled. By default it is 75.
