things required to achieve above.

1. need a Web Server on Server. (which supports Servlet and Jsp Stuff or can say servlet Container)
2. need Web space on static IP address Server.

The Servlets FAQ has a list of Java hosting companies, with prices starting at around $5 per month.

I have deployed the application in BEA weblogic 7.0 which is installed in my machine.

But, What I need to know is how to access my application over internet? Do I need to register my application anywhere to access over internet?

Regards,
Pk

Your machine must be accessible for inbound traffic, which most desktop machines are not these days. Do you have a static IP address, and does the firewall/NAT allow traffic to get through to it? If you aren't sure, ask a system administrator.
