why performance of doPost method is very less compare to doGet method?

What does POST has to do with perfomance ?
I think you are asking about the time that post takes ?
Generally you use POST for posting large amount of data to server and GET is generally used to fetching a resource(though it can be used for posting parameters to server).That might be the reason which is making you feel like that.
