Hi,
m working on a servelt application,i would like to know how to navigate from the home page to the next page and further more pages.
And one more thing,m using more than two servlets in my application and i want to know how to invoke them and how to intimate the server.(means web.xml specifications or other more specifications)

Yes, you probably do.

I recommend looking at some of the tutorials available on the Sun site. While this doesn't sound helpful, many of your questions can only really be answered by doing. You're going to need to try some of these yourself and come back when you can ask some specific questions.

Welcome to JavaRanch.
It sounds like you are just starting out with servlet programming.

At this point, I think you would be better off picking up a good book or finding some web tutorials on Servlet and JSP programming than to try to ask general direction questions like this on a forum.

I've heard good things about Head First Servlets and Java Server pages.
I used Core Servlets and Java Server pages.

A good book or tutorial will walk you through these types of issues repeatedly with the examples and then help you to know if you're ready for the next chapter by giving you some exercises at the end of each.

It's hard to get that kind of learning experience from a forum like this.
If you have a more specific question or if there is a specific concept that you're having a hard time understanding then, by all means, stop in and ask. Someone will be glad to help you.
