Redirecting

+Pie Number of slices to send: Send
Can somebody help with this:

1. How do I redirect the client to a website outside:
do I use response.sendRedirect(url);

2. If the client s/b redirected to a file on my server how do I do that:
ex. the file is say ROOT/error.html ?

Victor,
How would you express both of those cases in a normal link? That is the same as the URL you would pass to the redirect.

In the future, please UseRealWords. "should be" is clearer than "s/b" even if English is your native language. Some international users may not be familiar with abbreviations. And a blind person would hear that as "ess slash bee" - which is a lot less clear!

Personally, I had no idea what s/b meant.
