JEE consists mostly of interfaces, so the source code has only limited value (and I don't think it's available like the source of Java SE is).

If you're looking for implementations, check out the open source JEE servers like JBoss and GlassFish.

I found one site:https://glassfish.dev.java.net/ .And it's said that sun will open its source codes for j2ee and Sun Java System Application Server 9.Hope that helps you.
