please Help me.

Gladly, but we won't write the code for you. What do you have so far, and where are you stuck?

We prefer to UseTheForumNotEmail.

Now that you mention all these web technologies, I'm guessing that the client is a web browser, and the server a web app. For that, the servlets forum will be a better place for this discussion.

Before you waste too much more of your time, I'd like to point out that we don't just give people code at JavaRanch. The purpose of this site is to help people learn to write their own code. If you have no idea how to even start this project, then it's too soon for you to be coming here.

Once you've got some code written and have a more specific question, by all means, ask it here. There are plenty of people who would be glad to help you but nobody here is going to write it for you.
