I can certainly vouch for this - http://www3.open.ac.uk/courses/subjects/computing.htm
Dont know about arizona one , keep getting spammed about a lot of degree online stuff by arizona in my inbox -however never bothered to check the authenticity of them.

Is it the University of Arizona or the University of Pheonix?
I got my Master's from the University of Pheonix (not on-line, though) and I can tell you it is a lot more difficult than you might imagine. I had one classmate who had taken some online courses and said they were much more difficult because of the lack of face to face communications, no class time, and increased need for self discipline.
At any rate, the University of Phoenix does offer on-line courses as do some more "accepted" universities like Virginia Tech.
