Hi all,
Does anyone know of a way to find out the string of the requested url from the request object?

I have a filter and in my doFilter method I need to know which resource in the application was requested.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Sure, there's the getRequestURL() method. There are also other methods which get parts of the request URL and you might find them more suitable. Just look in the API documentation for HttpServletRequest to find them.
