Can somebody clarify, what are 'daemon threads' ? This is strange term, since originally daemons thread are exits for creating some dialog threads ( for socket programming, basically ), but why JVM stops, when there are only daemon threads are active ? I also wonder, what is the possible usage for daemon threads...
