Update: no, it looks like you can't rate yourself and you can't rate someone (Like FEI NG ) multiple times.
I'd have to say I'm not really a fan of the whole rating thing.

Private message still works. To get your private messages, click on "my profile". rating was turned off. It was a bit stupid for us to be rating each other.

Rating functions get old quick. Everyone starts rating everyone else a 1 or whatever the lowest is.

It's probably good that this feature is gone. When I first saw it, I wondered how low a rating I could get by being mean to people. It's best not to put that sort of temptation in front of me.
