What do you think about Oracles Dev Platform... any problems with it? Advantages, disadvantages.. etc... give me your thoughts.. I need to decide to use it or not.

I am assuming you are talking about JDeveloper. If so, I have been using it for a while now and I think it is great. The code completion is really nice although sometimes it does not find the methods. But most of the time it does, and really saves a lot of time looking up method names and parameters. Hope this helps!

Oracle as a database is top rate.
I haven't really used their java development stuff.
