Hi,
Is there any API's from Sun (or from 3rd party) to draw graphs( Vertical,horizontal bar chart and pie chart). As data comes from database and resultant chart should be in a 'gif' file to be displayed in HTML but not applet.

They seem to be selling charting tools.. I have never used them.. But however 'java charting tools' on google seem to return a number of such references.. Maybe you could do it yourself by using the GifEncoder.. check out www.acme.com...

You can try RChart
it includes a Visual Tool for building the charts. Then you canuse the charts very easily as servlet, applet or bean.
