Can anyone tell me the difference between RMI and Reflection???

They are two different concepts entirely. Reflection can be used to obtain information about a class and its members. i.e field names, method names, etc.
RMI stands for Remote Method Invocation. It allows remote objects to be used as if the exist locally on the same VM.
You can search www.google.com for tons of information.
