Hello all,
I have a DefaultMutableTreeNode (root) that points to "My Computer". I use the method root.getChildCount() to get the number of children that it has.
with jdk1.3.1_02 it returns the proper number of children.
with j2sdk1.4.0_01 it returns zero.

Is there some way to get around this?
