Any New York student keen to become exchange student in Cape Town 2003?

I am thinking of studying in New York for 6 months next year and was wondering if anyone wants to swop apartments with me for that period. I'm in Cape Town. Ideally you are an MBA student (that will make negotiations with the universities really EASY), but hey, I'm not fussy.

PS: I have a great apartment that has a view of the harbour, city and, if you stretch your neck, mountain. And Cape Town is an awesome place to live. And if you are a Lotus Notes/Websphere developer, maybe we can even swop jobs for that time...(I really love my job & don't want to loose it)

IF I go (big if), I will rent it out, yes. Furnished. With all my junk stashed in one of the rooms, probably. And my two cats. Hmmmm. This is getting less practical.

How much is the rent? I like cats.

Probably R4,000 a month. That's dirt cheap in $ terms (divide by ten). Cats are siamese. Cat lovers get preference.
