I have written a code in core Java, which works fine on m/c having single processor but fails if I use dual processor. Can any body give me a hint about what could be the problem?
Thanka in advance.

Most likely, thread-unsafe code. In fact it is quite possible that it fails on a single-CPU machine as well, but far less often.

Got any singletons with double-checked lazy initializers?

Actually it could be a problem with green threads vs native threads. But Peter is probably right, the failure occurs more often with multiple processors.
