I have a index.html file which calls gamelogin1.class to check userid and password. Gamelogin1 opens gameapplet. I want to modify the code so that gameapplet is opened in a new window without tool bars etc. Exacly what should I writein place of following:
out.println("<applet code=gameapplet.class width=770 height=490 codebase='http://www.xyz.com/java-crore'>");
Can anyone help so that full window (without tool bar can be opened. thanks in advance.

Hmm...not sure. I tok a quick look around the web and didn't find a good example. I did find, from arimaa.com, the following:

...the hyper link called this javascript method, which in turn called a cgi script, which loaded a new window (without toolbar), which had a java applet in it. Not sure why they took this convoluded approach (nor am I certain what the cgi script contains), but it strikes me that there must be a more strightforward approach.
Sorry I can't be of more help--perhaps posting this in the Applets forum or some other such would net you more responses.
