I have done some changes to an existing java file and as part of
walkthrough I want to list the old method and the method after the changes.
The diff or fc shows only changed lines.
I want to list the old method and the whole method after the
changes.
How do I do?
Thanks in advance for any help offered.

Is there any free version control system that can compare java method by method?

With CSDiff (windos, freeware?) you get two windows, with differences in colored background.
very useful in my opinion.
Not the entire method is marked, but this can be SEEN.
If you like to pipe the different methods somewhere, it's not what you're seekin' for.
