when i was trying to make the DLL's for the HelloWorldImp.c file
using cl command.I am getting the following error:
'cl' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
could anyone give me an idea, as what i should set for this.

It's supposed to be the Microsoft Visual C++ compiler. Have you purchased and installed Microsoft Visual C++? If so, there are a couple of batch files used to set the environment for compilation. Check your install documentation.
 
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
