how to create a .sh file to execute a series of commands  RSS feed

Hi all
how to create a .sh file to execute a series of commands on windows. Is it possible this? If yes, give me the solution. I have a Server Clinet java Socket Programme. The Server ruuning on windows with its ip,port, then next client started to entering a series of commands on windows, this time server create a temp file and stored in its all commands to send the client, then stop the sending commands to signal to server flag="N" then this time server executing all commands from temp file and after return to the result to the client.
any solution

just as Unix has sh files as shellscripts, Windows has bat files and OS/2 has REXX files.
Different syntax, same effect.
