Hi mathur If you are BSc and want to stay in IT field then from somewhere you must do MCA. I havent done MCA as I am already BE. for Part time there are lot of other universities also, cant recollect the names but one is in Bhopal and other is Osmania . Manipal uni, I dont know details of that so I cant say anything. abt IGNOU I know one thing is that ITS GOVT university. so it is valid. All The best

hi i,am not from a technical field but still wish go ahead with IT . I,am working as a java programmer for a company since the last 1 year. Besides experience and certifications a degree also plays an important role in the long run . That is the reason i want to pursue an MCA along with my job. regards raghav mathur
Hi I think u shd try once and have documents from IGNOU .. as u can work regularly and get u r MCA also done ..one thing more IGNOU is a registered univ and in future if u get a abroad assignment it will help u as recognised by most of countries.. so take care in admission ..go for the univesities .. those r registered by many countries.. u can give exams and continue IGNOU ..in many parts of wold as u can give exam in there centres abroad also ..
balyan : thats the whole point . I want to pursue this course from a decent university . That is i,am giving myself time to shortlist some of the good if not reputed universities . The reason is that very few univ in india offer a part MCA programme but to leave the job and go for it is not what one should do . ANY idea about univ in South ? regards raghav mathur ...
HI C Iam working outside india since years .. and did my BE in Electronics ..now planning for MBA ..and u know only the best available and recognised is IGNOU..here as u get material and exam ..second one other is AIMA that is is in newdelhi ..u can try there also as it is also a recognised university .. just have a look in AIMA also .. regds
