Are the features, as mentioned in the title of
your book, new functional additions or does
your book cover also enhancements like new
compile time checks, performance, major
bugfixing?

There is no mention of java annotations in TOc.Is it covered?

As the TOC is also quite primitive, we may not have enough info. However, if we just based on the TOC, I guess this topic is not covered.

FYI, u guys might be interested in the performance comparison among C, C++, Java 1.4 and Java 1.5 here in this link I'm pretty interested in performance issue of Tiger, as Pradeep told me in another thread that Generics feature of Tiger is better than Generics feature of C++ which is template usage...

Hope you guys might like that performance issue in the link too...

But for now, it's at night time in U.S. and the author might be sleeping at this time...
