How do you handle this situation???
You are relatively free coz a project release has been made, your boss has asked you to look into sth technical which is new. You are in the process of studying it, and then he sends you 4/5 mails a day regarding sth else and wants you to reply them, have a look at the info from the new links he's sent u, then explain it to him. How do u keep him away, asking him that you can study technical things only when u are free from reading those stupid business analysis. Moreover, only when you don't have to explain it to him.

Multi-tasking. Professionals are expected to be able to juggle a variety of tasks simultaneously. He's the boss, he presumably gives you your tasking and sets your priorities. Therefore, you answer his emails and study the technical stuff in between.

Similar situation I also face in my office my boss is b@%&#y F@#$r He want that I should work on man task at the same time , I have to do each and everything right from the system analysis to maintenance even marketing, Now I beleive one thing
