I could not stop laughing after I heard the name "Gaylord Fokker" in "Meet the parents". I still laugh whenever I remember this name. Any other such name which makes you laugh?

Why not include funny real names like Dick Trickle (NASCAR driver).

Sorry, but Fook You, Fook Mi is not funny, it's racist. It is of course making fun of "Oriental Names," and is offensive to me. Those fake names originated as jokes about chinese names, but over the years have been applied to just about every Asian enthnicity you can imagine. And of course in the example you give, they were supposed to be twins. I was offended and said so to my friend as we watched, to which he replied, "Oh, Robert! They're famous Japanese twins!" Uh, not quite. Besides the fact that they didn't even LOOK remotely like twins, they're not even related! They were played by Diane Mizota and Carrie Ann Inaba, but of course that's better than most movies which usually are fine with chinese actors playing everything from chinese to korean to vietnamese, etc.
Sorry to rant here, but I think it's time we lay to rest making fun of how "oriental" names sound.

Point taken.
First time I heard Hugh Jackman's name in Paperback Hero (you might be more familiar with him as Wolverine ), I though it was a joke name.
Huge Ackman.
Huuuuge Ackman.
