Hi All,
I am having trouble getting Google to list the dynamic pages on my site. Im aware of the problems of using dynamic pages with regards to stop characters but Google is supposed (and does) list dynamic pages with a limited amount of these characters.
I have read that search engines cant work with cookies, so I was wandering if the real problem is not that google wont index my pages becuase they are using dynamic url's but instead that the spider encounters an exception because the pages use java session objects (which use cookies under the bonnet).
I have turned off cookies in the browser, and sure enough the browser throws an exception.
Can anyone tell me, am I on the right track here? And if I am is there a way round this or do I just need to revert back to url rewriting?
Any help greatly appreciated!!
Regards
Kev
