There is ony guy named Shubrajit. He has a colleague named Shubra. She is lovely and talkative and good.

I forgot that audience is whole world.
Let me give the details of story.
Place of story does not has open culture.
Going out for date is tough there and it becomes tougher when s/he is living with its parents.
And like Cindy said ... ask?
If answer is yes then its OK else s/he might lose him/her which no one would like.
Very difficult question, but how does one show that you love him/her, here love means not only love but also wants to spend rest of the life also.

Your best chance is to guess then. Go outside, flip a coin, then go and ask her to marry you if it lands head up ( or whatever is on your coin currency ). :roll: How can you know if you love her, without spending time alone with her? You need to find out what she is like without the inhibitions, or social pressures that society may dictate for her. Maybe she's gay? You'll never know until you get to know what she is like away from all social pressures ( family, friends, coworkers, etc ).

Sidestepping here, but I've a similar dilemna in the past (way way back and sometimes I wonder...what if...oh like the nicholas cage movie :-)
What IF you like everything about a girl and I mean most everything...but physically she's not what your perfect girl should be (say something trivial...beleive me those things matter when you are 22 yrs old and a walking hard on like most guys that age hehe) would you compromise? or move on coz whats the point regretting it 5 yrs down the line?? women come and go even that good don't they?

Hey! You have analyzed it correctly.
So, here's my two cents on this topic as i know which part of the world we are talking about here--
First of all, when two people are in love, it would be apparant to both of them. Now, the girl may expect the boy to come forward with his feelings.(Depending on the girl's background - if she's traditional or modern, you should be able to figure it out).
It would be better not to have any go-betweens between the two people, even though everyone else looking on may have very good intentions.
Before the gentleman pours out his feelings to her, i would suggest to take her to a casual lunch and be open to any of her suggestions.
Asking out after work may not be the best thing to do.
Be true to your feelings!
