Our first buck goat was named "Dilly Boy". He was nice and he had nice daughters. To keep Dilly from having kids that were also his grandkids, we sold him and got a new buck. Nibbles. Nibbles has huge horns. Nibbles is a great goat in every way but one. He stinks. Buck goats think tha the does are really hot for a goat that smells of goat pee. I guess Dilly hadn't signed up for this philosophy. Most goats do an apparently Dilly was the exception to the rule. Nibbles was a saanen breed goat. All white. He would pee in his mouth and dribble the pee all over himself. So he acquired a yellow face and beard. You could smell nibbles a hundred yards away. And it was a terrible smell. So Nibbles is now gone. We gave him to the feed store - they have a little farm zoo of sorts. I was there today but didn't see him - I wonder why

I know I'm going to regret this but, how the he** did he manage that? Lay on his back and pee straight up in the air? Use an old garden hose you had laying around? Or was he really well endowed - which would of course lead to the question of why he had to pee on himself to attract female goats. On the other hand, that would answer the question of why you called him nibbles [ November 08, 2002: Message edited by: Dave Vick ]
