converting access tableto xl sheet using java

Hi all,
can anybody pls help me!I am having access table containing 3 lakhs records. since the xl sheet contains only 65536 rows, I can't export it directly to xl sheet without grouping. So I wanted to know can we do it prorammatically?
If yes, can anybody tell me how to insert records in xl sheet?

Please have a closer read at my previous post about your display name. I appreciate you changing it so promptly, but we require display names to have a first name, a space, then your last name. Fictitious names are not allowed.

The limit of 65K rows applies no matter how you create the sheet. You could divide your data into smaller subgroups and create several sheets in one file. Excel files can be created programmatically using POI (from Jakarta) or jExcelAPI (on SourceForge).
