iam working on weblogic 5.1 on windows Xp ,installed jdk1.4 ,when iam trying to run startweblogic.cmd iam getting this following error.please provide necessary solution.

As this is a configuration error perhaps relevant only to Weblogic, I'm going to move this to our Weblogic forum.
