urgent Please help

I have a Factoryclass with on constructor using diferent paramenters .. one is another class object.
I have a situation where 2 different classes has to use same FactoryClass.
But Factoryclass constructor has to take 1 class object at a time..
have to use this object in rest of the class.
my question is how can we achieve this ..

can we put 2 constructors in program with differnt parameters ? if yes How we will match.
Suppose first constructor is for MannualBillingReportManger.
And another contther is for BillingReportCompanyManger.
Inside FActoryclass if we use MannualBillingReportManger constructor we have to use this object in rest of hte class. vice versa.
please help me

What have you tried? You can surely make two constructors with different arguments. Give it a shot and see what happens!
