The new 5th edition of Deitel & Deitel, "Java: How to Program" is out and it's over 1500 pages!!! They added JDBC, servlets, and JSPs. Of course the 4th edition also had 1500 pages so I wonder what they took out.

I guess Dietel family has a plan that each version of "How to ...." books matches a new round of house renavation budget...
