Hi,

filename.properties
===================
test.url=http://google.com
test1.url=http://yahoo.com

try {
properties.store(new FileOutputStream("filename.properties"), null);
} catch (IOException e) {
}

The store method of the Properties class replaces all http:// to http\://
test.url=http://google.com ----> test.url=http\://google.com

Please let me know how to handle this situation.

Thanks,

How to handle it? If you use Properties.load() to load the file back in, then the backslashes are removed. If you load the file some other way, then you have to do it yourself.
