If you are using eclipse IDE then you can search for your method and it will show you all methods and class name where your method is in use.

If you are using Eclipse IDE, then take the class where you have defined the method. Select the name of the method, and right click, you will get an option 'references', inside that choose project, and Eclipse will list all the methods which are calling this particular method.
