Hi,

I have a GUI. In this gui there are three commands A,B,C. Now corresponding to each command there are several tick boxes listed. But in gui they are all listed together i mean to say for all the three commands.now if i select command A there are certain tick boxes which needs to be enabled straight away which is at the moment manually done.
Now the information about these tick boxes is saved in a data file. In that file they are listed line wise. so i need to fetch them from data file and activate the tickboxes acc to the command selected.

kindly guide me how to approach

regards
monarch

The Java I/O tutorial is a good place to start.

With a little knowledge, a cast iron skillet is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
