Hi Ranchers,

I developed a java file with several functions. Listed below
1.public static List returnSQLQueryList(String,String,String)
2.public static String returnSQLQueryString(String,String)
3.public static ArrayList executeSQLQuery(String)

It is compiled and running successfully, when I tested with sample main method program.

when I call ClassName.executeSQLQuery(String) method in jsp file it showing compilation error, that undefined method in package.

If I call other 1st, 2nd and other method its working fine.

please anybody has the idea to resolve this issue. would be great.

Thanks,
Sangam

Are you sure you have deployed your class to your web app? To be 100% sure it is always worth deleting the deployed web app and redeploying.

And double-check your spelling. Make sure the method isn't "executeSqlQuery()", for example, or some other variant spelling.

Did you import your class in your JSP file with an import directive like this:

<%@ page import="com.mycompany.mypackage.MyClass" %>
