is it possible to Achieve the Language Conversation using java ?

Can anybody knows ?

Also "achieve the language conversation" doesn't really mean anything. Please give more details.

If you mean getting a computer to understand natural language, such as English, then no computer program can yet achieve this fully. However, vaguely reasonable attempts can be made, particularly if the conversation is restricted to a certain topic (e.g. medical diagnosis). That is, if your input method is keyboard entry. If you add voice recognition to the problem, then it's even more difficult.

Java could be used for such a program, as could any general purpose language. There are almost certainly better languages, for this type thing, but I wouldn't know what they are.
