In case you were ever wondering or needed re-assuring, you might check out theGay-O-Meter. A group of about 12 of us took this the other night and had a low of 10% and a high of 60%, with most of the women hovering around 50%. A gay woman I know who took the test, but at our urging lied on the parts that would have made it too obvious, was the one who hit 60%.
My results (taking it twice and answering truthfully): 23% - Loosen up my straight mate! These days women like a man with some softer edges to grab onto. :roll:

I haven't heard of any studies, but some antecdotal evidence certaintly exits. I remember reading about of a pair of gay condors a few years. Maybe that's why they're an endangered species I think there is also some evidence that the probabilty that one will be gay is proportional to the size of hypothallimus. One other little factoid regarding gay women is, that normally the male index finger is shorter than the middle finger but not so in a female. Many gay women have the shorther index finger like males.
