I don't know if this is the right place to post this question, but, how can i insert arabic text in a MySQL DataBase ?

Use an SQL INSERT statement.

But first, make sure your MySQL database and tables are configured to accept those characters. It's not unusual for Latin-1 to be the charset used by MySQL.

MySQL has a detailed step-by-step wizard. When it's about charset you should choose "Best Support For Multilingualism".
